  Generally speaking, the dispersibility, flowability, compatibility with resin, thermal stability, and weather resistance of flame retardant masterbatch in resin are much better than those of ordinary flame retardants. In addition, the flame retardant efficiency and effectiveness (cost-effectiveness) of properly formulated flame retardant masterbatch are also much better than those of ordinary flame retardants. So flame retardant masterbatch has become one of the best choices for achieving fire resistance requirements in flame retardant plastic products, and has become an effective substitute for flame retardant powders.

  Easy to use: Flame retardant masterbatch is mostly pill sized particles, which are exactly the same size as ordinary plastic particles, improving their compatibility, making them easier to disperse and add, and also hygienic and reducing volatilization waste.

  Good compatibility with resin: Generally, flame-retardant masterbatch undergoes special treatment to improve its compatibility with plastic resin, making it less prone to delamination, frosting, patterns, and other issues even when added in large amounts to the resin.
